“Exceptionally thorough and compelling written advocacy is crucial to providing our clients with the best legal representation possible, and that is my specialty.”
-Attorney Kristen Hunter Randall
I excel at and specialize in researching even the most complex legal issues and crafting compelling legal arguments that zealously advance the interests of our clients.
In doing so, I draw upon, for the benefit of our clients, all the invaluable legal knowledge and experience that I obtained from my extensive time spent working in the judiciary. Specifically, having worked for various judges at the federal appellate and trial court levels as well as at the state trial court levels in both Michigan and Ohio, I gained rare insight into the inner workings of these courts and became well-versed in a wide range of legal matters—from federal to state law and from civil to criminal law. Indeed, over my nine years of working for the judiciary, I wrote hundreds of draft opinions and orders, with each one demonstrating my commitment to producing only high-quality and well-researched work product.
My expertise in providing top-notch legal research and written advocacy services has been highly sought after by even the most senior and experienced attorneys at the firm, and we all work collaboratively to achieve the best possible legal outcomes for our clients. For example, based upon my in-depth legal research, we work together to identify, develop, and put into a well-crafted writing the legal claims, defenses, arguments, and/or strategies that best serve our clients.
As a result of being exceptionally attentive to detail and thorough, I have also been tasked with various document review and production projects on behalf of our clients. Whether I am overseeing a team of other reviewers or conducting such review myself, I strive to ensure that it is done with the highest level of accuracy and that our client’s interests, including with respect to privileged materials, are protected.
